Guidelines for online registration

• APOSHO-31 Conference delegate has to register online only by entering e-mail ID and password and retain it for future login. All communications would be sent on the registered e-mail ID only.
• Off-line registration also can be done be sending the duly filled-in form along with payment in the form of DD/Cheque.

• In case of group nominations from organization, after completing registration process by individual delegates, the organization should send list of delegates giving their name and registered e-mail ID along with the payment and its details to the conference secretariat.
• For availing discounted delegate fees for NSC members, NSC membership number is mandatory.
• Payment can also be made by at-par Cheque, DD, EFT or Wire Transfer (international delegates). Provide registered e-mail ID and delegate full name along with payment.
• Applicable delegate fee will be charged at the time of the receipt of payment in the National Safety Council.
• Cheque or DD should be drawn in favour of National Safety Council payable at Mumbai.
• Delegate fee once paid will not be refunded. However, it can be adjusted against another delegate.
• For international delegates, Passport No. and Date of Expiry are mandatory for registration.
• The accompanying person (i.e. family member of registered delegate) fee includes participation in APOSHO-39 Conference inaugural function and free access to HSE exhibition.

Fee for Delegates

A Special Discount of 5% for more than 5 Delegates and 10% for more than 10 Delegates, along with full advance payment will be offered.
