Organising your visa to India
All international participants and guests attending the APOSHO 39 Delhi Dwarka will require a conference visa to enter India. In order to apply for permission from Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) and Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), the following information is required from all international delegates.
The conference organizer will apply for ministry approvals after collecting the above information during the online registration.
Documents required for applying for an E Conference VISA:
Letter of Invitation from the Conference Organizer (this will be provided by the conference organizers to the participants via email)
Ministry of Home Affairs Permission Coming Soon
Ministry of External Affairs Permission Coming Soon
The Ministry of External Affairs approval letter will be updated on the conference website under VISA tab and will be forwarded to the Indian Embassy / Missionsat each location.
Note: Kindly apply for the E Conference visa only when all the above documents are available. Ministry permissions are ideally received 1 month prior to the conference dates.
